Sister Moon at Sunrise

Shaman and I seem to be walking the same path lately. This morning my photo and her words collided quite unexpectedly, perhaps because it was still dark.

Wizard, have I ever told you how much I love coming by your site? It gives me the same feeling I get after watching a really good sunset. This is such a peaceful and wonderful site. Thank you.

you have truly been on a roll lately...

You are still one of my all time favorite blogs.

Beautiful combination.

Wiz...

My post is about a video game.

Kind of one addiction thing for another.

Irony...

It won me an award...

Yeah, the Bob Award.

Yes, it's displayed and linked.

Now really, is that any way to treat a double award winner?

I hope you noticed she was serving me coffee...

Respect, its all about the respect.

Wiz,
We saw the moon rise last night-- first time the exchange kid from Switzerland saw such a thing (living in the mountins and all)
It was beautiful

Full moon on the 3rd, + 28 day cycle = Blue Moon on the 31st?? I think so!!! Cool, huh?

'Tis a brilliant meeting of the minds, my wizardly frind. Were the words penned for your shiney-cheeked photographic masterpiece, or is it mere happenstance?

Maybe the two of you should get together and put Hallmark out of business. ;0)

Your blog is beautiful. I love your photos...your writing...you take on things. U truly deserve the Eddie Award.

I don't know how you found my blog but I am glad you did and I very much appreciate everything you had to say. I am not as tearful today so I am ble to read the comments left by others. I just found it all so painful yesterday. Thank you for your kind words.

Shaman blesses me (and other friends) with daily poems inspired by her observations of the natural world. We each saw the moon during our separate walks and reacted in our own, separate ways: I took a photograph; she wrote haiku.

Perhaps (as Skeet suggests) happenstance brought the two efforts together, but I think it was more likely the attraction of separate energies produced by kindred spirits. At full moon, magical things happen.

Yeah, there was a big ol' moon out there last night. As my daughter put it, "Look at the big GOODNIGHT MOON!" (A tribute to the children's book.)

Goodnight cow jumping over the moon. Goodnight light, and the red balloon...

Magical indeed!
